Yup, guys just like that! Except kind of ANTI-Roland in their assholeness
Roland, you look like an 80s acid-washed jeans-wearing hottie in that picture! Love it!

Okay, the acid-washed-jeans comment made me laugh!

bridge x 1min
woodchop h2l x 20 @13 (something)
toes2sky x 20
high pull 2x3 @ 97
Push Press, worked up to 3RM = 135
Close Grip Bench Press, worked up to 6RM = 154
A1: Neutral Grip Cable Row, worked up to 6RM = 163
A2: YTLW, misc (until tired) @ 6
Reverse EZ-Bar Curl, 2x6 @ 55
*notes*
Dissapointed in the Push Press. Considering I can rep 5 on the mil press at that weight it was a great big "WTF!". Then I thought about the difference from behind the neck and about a 4-5: bigger ROM (to collarbones), so I reckon it's apples to...pear apples...or something.
The rest went well enough. It's good to be back.

Unfortunately that picture is from 2003.

Oh, they were acid washed alright.
But, I think it was my overalls and the pierced ear that won you over...

A break from the gayness for a little working logging:
Side bridge x 30sec
V-Up x 20
Woodchop l2h x 20 per side @ misc cable weight.
ME leg day. It's a holiday so I had to use the "other" gym, so no squats. Got in to it and decided that I'd do sumo deads and see what happened. Started with triples which went to singles.
385 x 1
A "little" disappointed that it stopped there but I was definitely done. Probably wasn't smart to do it at all considering last week. Oh well! Figured there wasn't a lot of point to doing anything after that.

385! That's only 80lbs more than you posted on the deadlift chart about a month and a half ago.
Your little disappointment looks like a hell of a PR to me. Nice work!

The previous PR was like 6 months ago, I'd already gotten 315 or 320. Still hard to knock a 60lbs PR. 400 was soooooo close. Not close to being lifted, not close at all there. But it's just 15 more pounds. You wouldn't think you'd even notice!
Today:
(Change of Direction Day)
Dynamic Running Warm Up
Pro-Agility Drill x 6 (3 each way)
L-Drill x 5
Z-Drill x 3
Notes:
I fell down in front of someone from the slick grass. Last rep, some shows up...boom...shit. I hate to wear cleats and feel like a moron. On the other hand falling over in front of other people is pretty moronic, so it's a trade off.

I fell today, too. Jumping on a box.

1. Did anyone see you?
2. Are your boxes padded so you didn't hurt yourself?
3. I'm jealous that your gym has boxes.

1. Yes. Plenty of people. They all stopped to look.
2. No. They are those plastic Reebok steps that could fly apart if you hit them hard enough.
3. See #2, above.
I like them because you can make them any size you want, but they are loud when you crash.
