It would appear that drinking heavily the night before doing strenuous cardio is not the ideal scheme. Did you know that? I didn't know that. But now I know. Striking was down to about 30-40%. A couple of rests. Yeah....it just sucked.

Yeah, I learned long ago not to do anything major the day after drinking. Of course, I say that with a planned bender coming on Thursday night and a bodyweight back-off workout Friday. We'll see how that goes.

I did some more specialized stretching last night and will probably do some more tonight. I think it came into play here today. I had him in my guard and everything was cool. You ever have a cassette walkman and have the batteries die? *Everything in thee worlddd is ooooooooooooooooooooookkkkkkkk kkkkkkkkkkkk....poop*. My legs flopped open like a prom date and I was pretty much deflowered like one at that point. Damn it.

I got my itinerary for the trip back. 1 layover in Chicago and it should be a pretty decent day. Leaving from Düsseldorf (smaller airport) at 1130, so no massive early wake up and a little bit of time to adjust for any fuck ups that will likely occur. It'll be a long one for sure, but I'm looking forward to it.
