Lit played our campus awhile back. One of the guitarists whipped it out to play his instrument with. No one noticed until they saw the cops waiting off-stage to arrest him and word got back through the crowd (I was dealing with lighting issues at the time and wasn't privvy to anything, thankfully).

I love having 3 sets of grand parents near by. We manage to dump the little beggars, errr I mean encourage a good and healthy relationship, with the grandparents on a regular basis. I'm convinced it's the secret to a good relationship.

AM:
Warm Up
3x5min Heavy Bag (all around)
Stretch
Noonish:
5k Jog
Notes:
I knew the 5k was coming up and this was the first time doing this particular workout on the bag (which is more draining) so we'll wade into that one. The run was a poor time but decent enough. There was no dying so that's good.

This morning was a nice break of pace. It pretty well raped my legs and my damn hand keeps getting chewed up for some reason (blisters and skin tears of various severity). Over all a good day today and am looking forward to the weekend.

AM
Warm Up
20min Sub Grappling
Stretch
PM
28min BW circuit
Notes:
Joe worked out with us this morning and just beat the piss out of me and Jay. I don't feel too bad about it considering he's 70lbs heavier but damn.
Evening circuit was tough but I've been slacking here lately so maybe I'm due for a little toughness.

Not a lot of sleep last night made for a pretty lousy day.
I ran maybe a mile this morning. I *could* do a session this evening but I'm not really sure there'd be any actual value to it.
On the bright side I shipped off the first car today. Forward progress. Yay.

If you had as much pull as my Uncle had, you could ship a bunch of Mercedes home and sell them off your front lawn! He was an E-9 in the Navy and shipped home from Sigonella when that happened.

That circuit looks like it is hard work but a lot of fun.

Friday's was a lot easier than expected. Today wasn't too bad. The first time I tried it, it'd been too long since doing "regular" exercises and it really beat me up. This time there were no coronaries to be had.

AM
Warm Up
7x3min Heavy Bag (Thai)
Stretch
Notes:
I think I strained my hamstring a little. Nothing serious but it's tight and sore. My shins are hurting pretty good. Over all a good session. It's a little hard to string together two of these style of sessions together and have them both be "good" but today was pretty close.
Tina> Sep 11 is the pack out date. I like to keep all of my traumatic events on the same dates. It keeps things simple. They're coming today to do a pre-check of everything. The house is a wreck, but I pretty well spent the weekend in "fuck it" mode. Let them see the sad state that we live our lives. Let them come!!
