At first I was gonna give you props for uploading your challenge pics a week early. Then I realized that it's because you think you might actually get fatter over the next week.

Smart. I should've taken my final pics three weeks ago before I turned into teh frail.

For some reason I thought they were due on the first of the month. On the bright side of things my sickness might be allergies. I guess that's the bright side anyway. Someone brought up theirs earlier today. Food for thought.

There's always a bright side. The difference is really just how bright that side is. If you get your arm cut off the bright side is that you didn't die. Great! You still just lost your arm.

OK, I'm starting to feel pretty decent again. I also found a cool little treat. Take a "Breadstick and Peanut Butter" handy snack, dip your stick, and use the peanut butter blob to pick up a hershey's dark kiss.

yumm a dumm dumm

Warm Up
Submission Wrestling for about 20min (off and on a little more than usual)

5x
2reps of Snatch + OH Squat (x2) @ 60kg

10x2min shadow boxing (thai + sprawls)

Notes:
The wrestling was a little more feisty than usual. Not a ton of submissions but a lot of effort into what was got. The lift probably reads confusing. I did a snatch to 2 OH squats, then did it again, then rested. Repeat 4 more times.

Everyone has personality flaws . Mine have been greatly exposed today. The fasted way to piss be off beyond belief is to treat me like I'm stupid. It's 100x worse if you're a dumb ass and treat "me" like I'm stupid. I've been treated pretty fucking stupid for the past 2 & 3/4 years here. I've been doing pretty good recently just letting things slide but I bumped heads today. It sucks because I bite every...single...time. Some people can shrug it off...not me. If I would then my life probably wouldn't suck most of the time

The cool thing about bureaucracy is that there is no "job" to do. No one is accountable for anything or to anyone. It's a big black hole of bullshit that swirls around and around. You could drop my entire base off the face of the fucking earth and it wouldn't matter. Seriously, it wouldn't. Our planes don't fly. Even if they do the software on them don't work. Even if it would, they wouldn't deploy them because of non-hostility\danger acts from the various nations manning the bastards. What's the point of having an "Air Base\Plane" if you don't have a flying mission?! Tell me!!!

The crappy part of bureaucracy is that everything thinks that they're your boss and their opinion matters even though the only impact that they make on the whole damn planet is making life a pain in the ass for the few people that try to do day to day work.

OK. so I slept a little bit and don't have quite the volume of hate in me as I did on Tuesday

AM
Warm Up
7x3min Shadow Boxing
5x2reps of "My Lift" @ 40kg

PM
7x3min Shadow Boxing (Thai)

Notes:
Last night was the first good night of sleep I've had this week but it really wasn't enough to make up for the past 4nights of crap. I did OK but there was just a lot of sore and tired

I'm with ya there. I haven't been sick per se this week, but I've just had that nasty sick taste in the back of my throat along with generally being a little rundown and not recovering as quickly from my workouts. Gotta git 'r dun though.
