Damn! Nice work Tony!
You do 30, RL is doing 6x5, Rox is closing in on 30, and I felt like my arms were ripped from my shoulders when I tried to do 4x6s.
I have to get my butt in gear.

I lied. Mine were chins. Real pullups would be downright humiliating.

oops....
I guess I lied also, I used an underhand grip, which make mine chin ups also. I guess I didn't realize they were 2 different exercise, rather than just 2 different bar grips. I will have to add that to my "Things Learned" today section

I thought pull-ups were under hand and chin-ups were over hand?

Seriously? After all the programs and books you've been through?
That settles it -- you're sitting in the remedial section at the summit.

Underhand grip (or chin ups for some of you) hurt my elbows\wrists. Getting old you know. I figure instead of working on "the problem" I'll just ignore it and pretend like it doesn't exist. It works for Microsoft.

Good call. It worked great for Roland's shoulder and my knee.

It might have a little to do with it. Not after Monday though. I'll have to come up with a whole brand new set of excuses.
