Yeah, I felt a little nauseated just READING this. UGH! Tony, you're straight-up CRAXY. I mean that in the best possible way.

So that workout pretty much has you in recovery mode until April, right?

By looking at the list, I'd guess it took him about 38 minutes and 22 seconds. Approximately.

Thanks all. Red has it right on the time. Just for the record Bill2380 did the same workout in right about the same time (my jumping jacks probably did it, I'd still be there if I had to jump rope). Bill has a year or two on me. That's one tough dude!

Whoa, the filthy fifty! I find CrossFit intriguing, but then stuff like this comes up and I think, "no way in hell..."
Great job getting through it. You earned the stud award for today.

x-fit total
Back Squat = 264
Seated Shoulder Press = 143
Deadlift = 352
Notes:
The Squat felt really good. I didn't really feel comfortable on the whole MAX thing but gave an honest effort. Considering my best is 29(something) it was a pretty bitching day right there. Shoulder press felt pretty good. It's another thing that I haven't done in a while, but may very well have been a PR. Even if it's not it's creeping up on BW, that ain't too shabby. The deadlift was a product of being upset at being sucky at deadlifting the past two tries. Did OK. 20lbs over the deadlift only day, 50lbs under a PR. Everything feels within spitting distance. All it'll take is a little consistency.

Reps for time
21-15-9 (5:54)
Deadlift 225
Pushup
Notes:
Did OK. I love having 2hrs set aside in the morning to finish a session in 6min. Truth be told I really got winded. Pure speculation but being on the low cal\carb (1,300cal\>100 carb) thing for the past 3 days probably didn't leave a whole lot of gas in the tank forcing to use the aerobic ability for things it just wasn't intended to do . It's crazy just sucking wind *hard* from doing deadlifts...that aren't particularly heavy.

Shhhhhh. On a quiet night, when the wind comes from the East, you can hear the sounds of shoulders (or intestines in Gabe's case) ripping.
