All the best of the season, Tony. Hope you and the family are having fun over the holidays. If you're like me, it's serious carb-up time!

It's cheating if you intentionally stick out your gut for the pics, y'know!

Sled\Leg Press
Sets of 5 Reps
250/270/290/310/330
Notes:
Squats were on the menu, but the gym that has the rack was closed. Bastards. The sled (that was available) only had about two more pegs on it, which made me feel pretty manly. Then I thought "Who cares what you can lift on a sled? No one. Sleds are gay" And then I was sad again.
The low volume work is giving me a nervous twitch.

Ah, the Gob-log's back! Woohoo. Don't worry about the sled, man. Just consider it an "alternative" ... as in alternative lifestyle! NTTAWWT!

Did you take the month off in my honor. Get with it. I've already spotted you a 3 month head start.
Good to see you back logging Tony.

Whatta ya mean, "no one?" If you're wiling to wear antlers and a shiny red nose, I know a guy who'll give you a job where you have to move a sled. Hope you're okay with an overweight boss who likes to wear red.
Glad you're back to logging, Tony.

Tony - I've been checking out your blogs. Good stuff, man.
Hey BTW - I've used the leg press before when there was a long line of bone-heads waiting to curl in the squat rack. Aside from blowing out some lower vertebrae all was good.

OH DB Press 5x5 @ 45lbs
Notes:
The gym is still closed due to "Carnival". I concede that it's going on, what that has to do with the gym being closed I have no idea, but there ya go. I just *happen* to have 45lbs DB's in my basement so I just got'ter done @ the casa. Probably could have used a little more weight if it existed but it was still challenging.
Thx all. 164lbs @ "not THAT fat"
