One day won't kill you and you got some work in.

1hr of yoga

Interesting, never did yoga before in a legitimate class before. IMO it could be a valuable thing to do for a lot of folks. The only "issue" I have with it is the time it takes to go through it. Anything 1hr+ requires a certain amount of dedication and twisting of the schedule.

800m jog
2400m intervals (400on 400off, 11:09)
100 1arm DB Swings (22lbs)
*forgot core....might do that later)

PT
x5 circuits
5x DB snatches (ES)
5x DB swings
10x Burpees
2mi walk

Notes:
It was a freaking hurricane on the run...freaky shit. My legs felt like lead when I was doing it but had a decent time. I'm a little more aware\don't feel like ass, than I have in a while so I think the more rest was a good move. The PT really wasn't a big deal but the fellas were panting something fierce

Anything involving burpees is tough if you ask me. Do you make your guys do full Burpees or are they doing squat thrusts?

Hey, I had a good amount of gluehwein when I visited the christmas market in Germany this week. That stuff will mess you up fast. Have you had any?

We do burpees...we're IT Wing God Damnit. That's why we're the best.

I've had the gluewhein (mulled wine) before but might have had a different blend of alcohol goodness because what we had wasn't *too* stout. But then again wine drunks are my favorite kind of drunks so maybe I was just happy.

Yeah, the gluehwein puts you in a happy drunk place. I was suprised at how it snuck up on me. Luckily I stopped myself after one good-sized mug. It's was good though. Christmas in Germany is actually pretty darn festive.

I'm away for just a little bit and Tony's doing yoga in a tutu! I guess my evangelical friends are right and the rapture is right around the corner.

By the way, they are not going to understand that yoga stuff in jump school.

The Germans really seem to have to have a "reason" to be happy and laid back. Once you give them one they really cut loose!

4x4
pylo Pushup
vertical leap
1arm snatch 45lbs

Notes:
The snatches weren't *hard* (that's the extend of my DB's at the house) but after the 3rd set I was panting and sweating. That's crazy stuff. I need a yard to do this stuff in. I was in constant fear of a DB flying across the living room

The flying DB is always hard to explain to the neighbors.

I solved my problem with the snatches by putting a folded towel on the tile (didn't want to lift on the tile before because I didn't think it'd play well with the DB. Sometimes I amaze myself with my ingenuity.

Today:
3mi run (23:09)

5x
DB Snatch x 5 @ 45
DB Swing x 5 @ 45
Burpee x 10

Notes:
I freaking gassed again on the run. Felt fine until right about the 2mi mark and then it starting going tits up. I'm pretty sure it's just fatigue since the legs have been feeling a little heavy the past few days but still, it's getting frustrating having so much time between "good" days!! We'll see how having two days off...in a row!! changes things

2nd session went well enough. The snatches felt more natural. The single arm swings were a lot easier than I thought they would be. Burpees weren't too bad. I kind of smell though.

Man funk.

I do believe there's a linear relation with your t levels... thus, the more you stink, the more manly you really are...

2x800m jog
1x2400m 100on 100off

100 dips

2x1min planks
1x30 Saxon Side Bends (no weight)
1x30 Russian Twist

Notes:
I felt pretty good today but didn't perform all that great. There's a kick in the pants. The run was fine, just slow. The dips were a long painful affair. I remembered the core stuff "yay". As they say in Oklahoma "Oil Well"....ha ha ha...I freaking kill me
