Congrats - that IS something to be thankful for, especially with all the hard work you've put in.

11 Rounds
5MB Slams
10 Pushup
15 DB Swing (44lbs)
13:50 (-2:20)
Notes:
Felt good this morning. I wanted to do the pullup one and then seen how much nuts were sucked on the first go around with this one. There's still room for improvement, the lack of doing swings for a week or two took its toll. Fatigue'd real hard around the 5\6th round. Pushed through. My REAL complaint is that I changed my playlist on the MP3 player and deleted the songs on it...but forgot to put the new ones on. Crap!!
Cheated on the diet yesterday (duh) but fortunately the food pretty much sucked so there wasn't any real temptation to REALLY go for a "deep end" cheat. Woke up ravenous...thank you carbs...bastards. Getting awwwwefully close to the 28 day mark. Yay!

2 more days of Plan A. The carbs are calling. Especially since my wife made cupcakes and they've been mocking me for the past couple days.
2x1.5mi jog
Notes
first go through went OK, 7:30avg or so and then I just gassed. There wasn't anything left in the tank. Done. Second stretch was a run\walk.

Deadlift 5/5/4 @ 308
Cable Row 1/2/1 @ 207 (+11lbs PR)
BB Bench 3/4/3 @ 176 (+11lbs)
Notes:
Back into the word of carbs....mmmmm. Got up a little early to take advantage of my 1hr pre-workout feast. I'm a little sick to my stomach to tell the truth. The head is back in the game. Body feels OK. I did the deadlifts just to see if I could do them more than anything. They felt fine. Rest went OK. The rows are just fucking heavy. The bench was a little crappy but not freaky deaky bad.

*Unrelated to fitness*
I just ordered 2 sets of ABU's (+hats, belt, boot and chevrons...blah blah blah)...holy christ...that's a lot of money.
*Minoraly related to fitness*
I'm really surprised of how "aware" I am with some carbs in me. I've been pretty dazed for the past few weeks but I'm feeling "able to think clearly". Freaky shit.

You mean "clearly-ish"!
Glad you're enjoying the carb-up, T. Nice work on the lifts. Those rows are crazy.

notes:
felt good. I got fatigued before I gassed which was a new and exciting feeling. Little tired...took a big poo. Life is good.

I thought Apu was the clerk of the Quickie Mart on the Simpsons.

Hey, hey, hey.
I just saw the PR on the row. The deadlifts ain't lookin' too bad either. And, as Jimbo already pointed out, the pace on the run is damn good. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

Today (12:55 -3:30)
11 Pull Up
20 Push Up
11 Pull Up
40 BW Squat
11 Pull Up
20 MB Slam
11 Pull Up
40 Windshield Wipers (no weight)
11 Pull Up
20 DB Swing 44lbs
11 Pull Up
20 Burpee
11 Pull Up
40 (laying down) Knees to Elbows
11 Pull Up
Ab Circuit
Notes:
Pretty decent. I was a little more sloppy with the pullups than I really should have been, but they weren't "too" bad. I was worried about being a little over tired from mon. It probably came into play a little but I was moving at a pretty respectful clip for the most part. No excuses.
On a side note the carbs are playing hell on the colon. Whoaaaaaaa nelly. And Aladdin's monkey WAS Abu. Damn you Roland and your Disney trivia.

Glad to be of service. Between Abu, Apu, and your carb/colon issue, there's a good joke. I'll let it lie.
