1x800m jog
2x1600m run

notes:
Tweaked my back demo'ing an OH squat with like 12lbs. That was a great big WTF moment. I'm getting very squishy, so the fat is going away...that's cool. Noticed the arms have the "official" horse-shoe for the 1st time ever.

Might pinch a few inches and not be able to twist my torso but I got sexy arms....bitches.

Way to go Tony! Quit flexing in front of the mirror and get back to work.

Nice work. You have now met the goal of thousands of gym-goers around the world. Now if they would stop doing curls and start working out like you do, they might succeed as well.

Your last workout looks like it would have killed me.

So I guess this means you wear the tank top instead of the cropped shirt?

I want a crop shirt just to be "that guy", ya know? Get my headband, park on a swiss ball. It'd be freaking awesome, especially if my wife was around. Normal people don't get embarrassed by me, she has the whole "association" thing going on.

Even better, I might be able to get a couple mimics or something...start a queer fad. Start making other people think that THEY are the weird ones for not wearing a half shirt.

Negative on that one. I think the year was pretty kind on the muscle gain so the extra around the mid section isn't as obvious but for an = I'll have to drop another 5-10lbs. The TNT thing is working out pretty good and for the PT test I'm good enough for the waist\BMI part so it's kind of hard to be motivated to really make a big push to lose the rest. It's hurting the run, but only to the point that I might get a 95-97.5 VS. 100.

Notes:
Took today off. The back is still tender. I probably "could" work through it, but a little nervous that it'd cripple me for a week. Tomorrow's a run day, which shouldn't really aggravate anything so I figure a rest day isn't the end of the world and I ought to be ready to go for monday.

That's because most people know once they get in there car the memories will fade. Your wife has to live with the fact she brought this upon herself. When you got down on bended knee she could have said, "No. I think I need a size 7 in purple." Instead of, "I do."

Squat~ \ Single Leg Sled 3*5 @ 110
Cable Row 3*5 @ 196 (+11lbs PR)
BB Bench 3*5 @ 165 (+11lbs)

Notes:
The run yesterday kicked me in the nuts on the squats. The back is still *aware* that something isn't 100% and I wanted to do "something" so enter the sled.

The rows are getting sloppy, ego is too powerful...must add weight.

Sounds kinky.

What's up with the back, Tony? Don't follow in my footsteps, man!

1x800m warmup
3x800m run

Notes:
about a 6:50avg pace which isn't great but it's moving in the right direction. I need a 6:40(ish) to be "on pace"...and then go 3x as long, but still. It seems that after you're physically capable of running at X speed the rest of it is just how low your nuts hang.

I was feeling a special kind of un-motivated this morning but just knocked it out and and a good session. Somewhere a kitten died to make it happen. That's OK though...cause kittens suck.

Rob>
It's just a little strain\nerve pinch or something. I dunno the actual muscle but think "tenderloin", outside the spine running vertical. I had that problem once upon a time and started using a body pillow which helps a LOT. It's pretty much getting better. Tight in the morning or if i sit still too long, works itself out during the day.

Glad to hear it's nothing too serious. Back problems suck the big one.

100 Turkish Getups sounds like one of those prison workouts.
