Nice circuit!
I don't have a real cage at the house, just a stand really. we have had to dump the weight on a squat a couple times. Its always interesting to see that bar go rolling across the gym. Yay for rubber flooring!

2x1mi
Notes:
After I got loose it went well enough. I like the "train when you want" more than the "train early, early". For what ever reason I can't figure out how to schedule classes right and signed up for too many at once (again). Stupid American history to 1877\African American history to 1877. Fortunately "facilities management" will end in two more weeks.

That sounds like a fun class although maybe a bit politically risky.

I guess there should have been a comma there. Stupid, American History to 1877
Perhaps some other nifty little slashy dot thing

I just figured it was about what happens in Congress. Makes perfect sense without the comma.

I'm coming for you.
Just got the BF tested. 11.6 @ 160. Time to put some weight on for the holidays and pass you once and for all. On the negative I need to get some more cardio in. The heart rate isn't as excellent as it needs to be.

done did it bro-ham. 159 (morning) Dunno on the BF, if mars and venus are aligned you can see most abs but alignment must take place. They don't willingly pop out. Which I think is something that I pretty much have to accept. Standing around looking normal = no muscle tone. Activity bound = small but relatively jacked.
Jesus hates me.

Circuit 30-20-10 reps (14:14) -5min
Squat Thrust (bar)
Pushup
DB Swing (44lbs)
Burpee
Notes:
The time improvement is a little false. The first time was HARD for what ever reason. This time was still hard but not nearly AS hard

7k run (somewhere in between 5min and 5hrs, not exactly sure)
Notes:
Chuck Taylor's may not be the best running shoe ever made. I guess if it's good enough for Rocky then it's good enough for me. I guess we'll see tomorrow *sigh*

Ouch! Wilt Chamberlin and Bill Russell managed to do OK wearing Chuck's, too.

I feel surprisingly injury free. The knee's been tender for a week or so but no more so than normal.
Huh....would not have guessed that.

Okay, dumb question. What possessed you to go running in Chucks? You left the running shoes at home?
Glad you're okay, BTW. And that's an impressive circuit time.
