Started playing with my Garmin 305 Forerunner. User error changed my 2x 1.5mi runs to 2x 1mi runs. Still pretty cool stuff.
1mi x 7:06
1mi x 7:00
Notes:
I am pleased. The body wasn't too willing to play but it did anyway by god. Pace is getting where I feel a little less ashamed . Still too slow but we're starting to play ball...set foot in the stadium at least
Rob. I'm getting a little sick of these excuses. Waaa I've got blinding plain shooting through my back, waaaa my kid is too big, waaaaa, waaaa. Get it done ya pansy

Squat 3*5 @ 242
Row 3*5 @ 164
DB Bench 5 @ 77 (no spotter and the benches were taken)
Notes:
Wasn't really feeling on today. Started to get quezzy with the Bench and that was enough to finally crack my willpower. I'm pretty sure it's PR's across the board. Rest week might start early due to gym closer and I'm not feeling too bad about it

You've been going hard, so a non-gym week might be good. You'll be stronger than ever coming back.

I liked when you called me a stud better.
Back at the gym tonight, man. So there. :p

Skittles are good enough for your troops but not good enough for you?
Lots of pullups and getups through in some thrusters and you'll be Mr. Crossfit!

1x3mi (25min)
Notes:
Trying to stay moving. Time was decent but it was a struggle. Do tomorrow, another "easy" run on thurs\sat, take friday off and hopefully be going strong next week
I'm doing the TNT diet right now...cheese is delicious.
Greg> Skittles are for fags. You calling me a fag...beotch?!
Train> "As Needed", with only 7 sets total and 75min to work with there's a great deal of flexibility . 2-3min for the most part, maybe five if I'm particularly sleepy\lazy

11 rounds (18:56)
5 MedBall Slams
10 Pushups
15 DB Swing 44lbs
Notes:
Felt better than yesterday but definitely a step behind. Shitty time, but made it through.
Gabe> You'll be bigger than me soon enough (if you're not already), I'm going the other direction! We'll meet in the center...have a little picnic, maybe some wine. Play your cards right and you might get lucky.

Tease...I've been pretty stagnate hovering at 155. I'm up a little over the last month but I've really just been trying to have good workouts and let the muscle fall where it may. I've been toying with a new log but it seems just as much fun to drop by everyone else's.

Well...You've got a little catching up to do. You know I got up to 173 there over the summer right? I'm looking at being a pretty lean 155 here before Feb. Got to say now that I'm hovering around 160-165 the waist shrunk enough that I'm pretty pleased with the under armour right now
Just as an FYI, mid Feb I plan on going pretty much out of Ross's "Infinite Intensity" if it's as good as the rumors say. Ordered it yesterday but have heard good things. If you think you might be interested in a joint venture again it's something to ponder.
Training itself is going to be kicked up into a whole new level. My wife said I could go for JCU...so I shall. The expectations are pretty steep.

I'm trying but it's not a huge priority. More of a secondary objective. If I can get the tall child through football and soccer, still maintain my sanity, workout, and get the short child potty trained. I'll call it a win.
It's a coin toss about my sanity.

You would get a great workout in jump school!
By the way, if you are running around wearing under armor, you don't need to worry about skittles making you look gay. Besides, it's the don't ask don't tell military now isn't it?
