Reps for Time 30-20-10
(20:45)
BB thruster (front squat\push press) @ bar
Pushup
DB Swing @ 44lbs
Burpee
Notes:
Near coronary. Not doing this stuff for a few weeks had its toll. The thrusters were really what beat me up. Did well on the DB Swings, ending up with strait sets (wow!). Guess those step ups and twists helped with that.

good work.
I hear you on the layoffs. I've been taking it easy from a conditioning standpoint for the past two weeks. I'm going to regret that tomorrow.

I had to lead PT today:
5sets 1o reps
lateral hurdle hop
burpee
mountain climber
squat lateral jump
50 turkish get-ups @ 6lbs
I'm freaking sore. The rest of the boys are going to be hating life tomorrow!

Like some sort of ritual cannibalism? So, there's no going back...

Squat 3*5 @ 231
Row 3*5 @153
Bench 4\3\1 @ 197
Notes:
Across the board with the squat and rows. Got an extra rep on the first set and lost one on the last one of the bench. Good week. Couple more and I'll pretty much be back to where I was over the summer\moving into new territory.
I've got the 3\4\500lbs thing on my dream sheet. Few more weeks and I'll only be 100lbs shy of each goal

Somehow, I have a feeling you are going to get there with no problem.

Yes, John, good call on that one. There is no stopping this guy.

jog 800m
run 3x800
Notes:
Decent day today. Did some PT stuff, not enough to really screw anything up although one fella's sugar crashed (I'm assuming that's what happened). He ended up in a mini-shock type thing, real pale, shallow breathing. Gave him some skittles and water and he seemed better.

Skittles? I knew you were on the Mars payroll on the sly! Now, I can't trust word outta you.
Anyhow, I'm off to the gym. I'm a little run down, but I have my package of Sport Beans ®, so I'm good. Later!

100 Turkish Getups @ 5lbs (13:55)
Notes:
Was surprisingly easy. Who would have thought.
Yesterday was the first time I was actually "concerned" with anyone in PT. Thought the guy was having a heart attack or something. That fucks with my numbers and that's not good. Then he said that he hadn't eaten in damn near 24hrs and he earned the DAMN IT!! award.
I ran out of "Surge" so I had to use all of my creativeness to think of an alternative. Thanks to the people of Mars who have been making fine products since 1877 my troops are able to get back into action sooner than anyone thought possible! Fit to Fight Hoo-Ah.
