2x 1.5mi slow
Notes:
Did a slow run which was about all the motivation I had (BARELY worked that up). Probably didn't do much for my ability to run but the mental toughness kicked in once or twice, so that's cool.
Feeling a little run down, oh look at that, next week is a recovery week. Funny how that works. 
Paula> The goal is to get as pretty as Jill. It started out as Roland but then he got a cat and became an alcoholic so figured I'd set my sights a little higher
Jill> I've been pissed off all week that my sessions were crapping out. Monday's was good. Tuesday\Wed were both crap. Thursday was pretty decent although my man urges have me DYING to actually pick up something over 50lbs. The 11lbs hurt my feelings considerably, especially looking at Roland's log where he does all sort of cool stuff. 2 more weeks....2 more weeks *sigh* |

At least you're able to work out. My back is completely f-ed up and I'm lucky to walk the past few days.  |

Oh, and by the way...Roland is WAY prettier than me. Plus, he is much more girly. He likes to cook and decorate, loves cats and romantic comedies, drinks Coconut Rum and Vanilla Coke Zero. You can't set your sights much higher than that!  |
