Most of these aren't too big a deal. Do a circuit with a small amount of weight, dupe dee doo, little break if you need it. Es alight. Appreciate the kind words though.

Thx all. Toned it down this morning. Feeling a little sapped. Might be from the diet (which seems to be going well), might be from helping a friend move furniture up and down stairs on my "off" day, might be pushing it a little hard, might be some odd combination.

9x200m

Circuit Reps = 25/20/15/10/5
DB Swing 44lbs
Pushup

Did a large fag circuit today. It was our official PT thing. I put way too much effort into it for the 1 person that showed up (the same guy I train with every day). We could have done a "real" session. DAMN!!!

Feeling a little better. More than anything, I think I need a good nights sleep.

Does that involve "prancing" between stations or what?

Pretty much, this is the AF. It was just really light weight and non-challenging BW stuff. For the folks that we normally cover it would have been OK. For anyone that just doesn't flat out suck...not so much. Oh well. Monday brings some pain back. I smell some heavy weights around the next bend...sneaky devils.

Those are some crazy workouts. I think 60 burpees alone would be enough of a workout for me.

I think I'm going to have to do workouts like these to get in shape for wrestling.... How long was it before you were able to get through a workout this intense?
