Yesterday was a little ouchie on the knee, today the shins were very unhappy. I guess three good\hard days in a row was too much to ask for

Tomorrow = rest day *yay*
Still getting a feel on how to really string things together to keep on the up and up. I think we're in the on the right track...next week will have some down time with the kids and wife getting back (planned recovery\why I pushed a little hard 3 days in a row). All in all progress is going really well. There will be some bitches to be had come February.
I'm like one of the biggest losers are PT right now (it's awesome since it's "my" program and I look like an ass). No one thinks I know what I'm doing. That's motivation right there.

felt a little better today. The knee is clicking so my "injury" is still not healed...oh well. Bring on the pain...and the asprin to dull it.
