1. You didn't eat all week??

2. Yeah, it's getting stuffy all up in this. Lots of competition for page 1.

Yeah, that chef/stud out on the West Coast has a lot of girlfriends here now. Playing up that shy angle seems to work. Who knew?

Here's a tip for you. But don't tell anybody. I haven't told anyone else how to do this.

Copy this link and put it in your signature.

Gob-Log

or

Gob's Log

Either takes you to the next new post in your log.

Since it's in your sig, you only need to find yourself.

We all need to find ourselves, anyway, right?

There are a lot of logs. I look at this as a positive thing. But, I had the same problem with finding my own only I had to go through like 14 pages or something. Now, I have the little link things like LD suggested. What can I say, I am hardly computer literate.

L Drill = 3 cones in an L shape 5yds apart. Fwd, Back, Fwd, Left (or right depending where you started in relation to the last cone) then back to the begining.
Z Drill = 4 comes 5yds apart in a square. Start at one and then go through a Z pattern between the rest.

*Today*
400m Jog
Warmup (20yds)
High Knee Walk
Butt Kick
High Knee Run
Butt Kick Run
Deadlift Walk
Toy Soldier
Leg Swing x 10 fwd\back\side to side
OH Walking Lunge (2lbs ball)
OH Reverse Walking Lunge (ball)
OH Lateral Lunge (more of a squat) both left and right
Spidermen x 10 per side

Medicine Ball Circuit against wall
20 overhead
20 per side
20 scoops

Drills
Illinois Agility Test 2 sets 4 rounds each set
5 Cone Star Drill 2 sets 4 rounds each set
E Drill 2 sets 4 rounds each set

Notes:
Ouch. You can tell I haven't done any "endurance" training in a while. The 1st round(s) I killed, by the 4th it was more of a shuffle.

Thanks all. Monday was the first day I trained in a week so the logging wouldn't make much sense now would it? . Unless you're LD who doesn't actually log workouts or anything

Egham> Look at *bamma*Dave. That boy can lift AND run. I suck at both! I say we surround him and kick him in the shins

Roland> If you *could* squat, you'd kick my ass. I've just had to stop doing things that you're physically capable of doing because you always beat me and make me feel bad about my masculinity.

Nonsense, I'm just bigger. You still hang more weight for chins, squat heavier and bench more in comparison to your weight.

Plus, I might be taller, but you must have the balls of a giant.

New Gob-Log

Jim> stop screwing up your back and you'll be fine

Roland> I think you might be giving me a little extra credit. I'm sitting at 173 right now. I bet you're not too far away from that with all the slimming you've done over the past months!
