Default My New e-book!

Hey All,

I just released my new e-book. It's a complete training and nutrition system that will burn off 10 pounds of fat and build 10 pounds of muscle. It's an incredible system that I've fine-tuned over the years.

Plus, it's only $19.95!

You can get it through this link:

Chad, this looks interesting.

I've been following Muscle Revolution to lose fat and build muscle and am wondering if the new e-book is different.

Thanks

Chad,

Ordered the e-book the other day and it looks like another great program. I'm going to do it a few months down the road, its very well thought out, but yet it doesn't look as hard as some other stuff. It looks very doable, the mental diet thing being the hard part.

My girlfriend is looking great after a few months of training. She just finished 4 weeks of Real Fast Fat Loss by Cosgrove and yourself. She is mainly looking to lose fat and trim down, would phase I be OK and then jump her into something else? Shes already built some nice muscle, but wants to see pounds go down on the scale like most other women.

Keep up the good work Waterbury.

Is it a training + nutrition plan? How long is a cycle?

I think I´ll buy a copy this week. Thanks Chad!

Without giving too much away. Its 4x 3week programs. Total of 12 weeks. Different nutrition plan for each phase. Did the first workout yesterday and really enjoyed it.

That's a pretty ambitious promise for a 12-week program. I look forward to hearing your results, Josh.

I baught it as the exchange rate is good at the moment - cost me about a tenner.

Looks like a good program, i'm doing NROL at present but this is waiting in the wings.

one question - perhaps i'm stupid - one exercise calls for lat pulldown (palms up), i've heard of palms in (facing you) or palms out (away). Is this what i call palms out?

palms up is a chin up (supinated grip, palms facing you)

Thumbs up 10-10

Bought the book the other day. Read it last night. I've done MR and some of NROL so I'm looking forward to 10-10 since I'm ready for a program with this type of focus.

Plan to start on Monday and may even bring a couple of buddies along with me (if they have the balls to make the commitment).

BTW, since discussion here is on 10-10 and not MR, shouldn't there be a separate program category for it? My guess is this area may pick up traction once folks find out about it.

Actual caloric intake will differ by the individual but I'll probably track my first couple of weeks in FitDay to make sure I'm getting enough to eat. Haven't decided on a ratio for carbs/protein/fat. Typically I go 40/30/30 but may drop the carbs a little and beef up the protein (sorry for that pun). Will pop my stats into the Mifflin-St Jeor formula (http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm) as a baseline for comparison.

Side note: got 2 out of 3 of buddies so far to commit to 10-10 . Not starting until Mon so we'll see if they wuss out by then.

Hey guys, new here and thought I'd try this program as well. Wondering if anyone is making changes to it from a training or nutrition perspective.

I've changed the nutrition as I don't like low carb plans. Have gone with the whole eat less plan. What do you know losing weight.

Have altered the training slightly, by cutting some of the circuits into smaller circuits as the equipment needed wouldn't be realistic in my gym to be using everything at once.

Last day of phase 1 today so will have a report later.

Haven't seen the plan, so I'm wondering what "10 - 10" refers to?
