I don't think any of it is,really, I resistance train now. I was just wondering, since some of these seem to be marketed more towards men.

The women who train in my gym that look fantastic (lean and well-defined) do the same exact lifts that the guys who know their stuff about training (and keep in mind that most guys don't know what the hell they're doing). These women do full ROM squats, deadlifts, presses, and compound horizontal/vertical push-pulls. They use varying rep schemes and loading parameters and can hold their own pound for pound with any guy in the gym.

In the 10/10 Transformation, Chad recommends Acai 100 juice. Does anyone have any recommendations for a substitute? I'm not paying $40 a bottle for this stuff, I don't care how good it is.

I skipped it altogether. As you said, it's not worth the cost and Waterbury's access to supplements is much different than the average joe. I eat clean and get plenty of antioxidants and EFAs from other sources.
