Default Chin-up's/Dips ABBH

When figuring out my 60% of 1 RM for chin-ups and disp should I include my bodyweight and added weight I used with a belt, or just the belt weight (and no bodyweight)? I assume to include both, but I'm wondering what to do in a situation when my 60% of 1RM is below my bodyweight.

factor in BW.

If you can't do the prescribed number of dips\chins (the real issue, not the %) then you can either add bands to help you out, use an assisted machine, a bench to help yourself cheat past your sticking points (etc).
