What CW program are you currently doing
So what CW program is everyone on? I'm doing Lift Fast Get Big and am enjoying week 1. I've been doing CW programs for the last year, and am going to try the Total Strength program in the book a few months down the road. Waterbury makes the best programs IMO because of the variety of exercises and rep ranges, so I don't bore easily and look forward to the next workout.
3-4 weeks on one program, rest week, repeat with next program.
Lift Fast Get Big, how bout u?

A tweaked version of TBT (6 compound moves per session instead of 4 with some core work). I will be going from TBT to TTT, then WM. I have completed BBB this year.
In the past I have done TBT, WM, TTT. TBT seems to be one of my favorites to date. I enjoy the changing rep pattern from workout to workout and never doing the same thing twice in a week.

I'm starting 10x3FFL today. I've done TBT, HFT, WSP, TTT, BBB and probably a few others that aren't coming to mind right now. HFT was a big hit but it takes a time commitment that I don't always have. If you're looking to gain some size, it'll do it. I was 111# when I started and about 125# when done -- and I'm a girl!!! :-)

I've been looking at the waterbury summer project. It looks real tough, did you shed some fat after the 8 weeks? Looks like there will be some loss of strength, but I could be wrong. I'm going to be doing TBT next after LFGB and then I have to figure out whats next, maybe WSP maybe something else.

I actually gained muscle on WSP == it was kind of sad. However, I didn't do all of the cardio suggestions because I was in a weird situation wrt body comp and couldn't go all out that way. My husband cut up nicely on it though!

Could you guys make any commentaries about the overalll results those programs gave you in terms of hypertrophy?
I made some big improvements last years, but most of them were strength gains.

I'm currently on TBT, but I've gotten good muscle gains in the past from BBNF (at least 10 pounds lean mass). It requires a lot of planning and a tight schedule but if you're willing to put the work (and eat every waking minute) it will stun you.
I'm doing the muscle mass progression in the book (with a few minor tweaks) and will start WM next week. I tried it once about a year and a half ago but pushed my weights too much (and ate too little to recover) and got injured. I'm anxious to give it another go. Who says life doesn't have second chances?

Looking back over my records, I went from 111# to 124# on HFT last year. Not bad for an old lady! LOL LBM went from 91 to 99.

I've got great results on TBT, and ABBH1. I also added some HFT in to a routine with positive results several months ago.
