I got the book this year and have been reading it, I love your approach. What first got my attention was your article on high frequency training....I (years ago) was in college and would visit my girlfriend(future wife) at her school..anyways....it was a big gymnastics school and I noticed these guys were 'jacked'.....huge arms...etc.
I could not figure it out because they really didn't train with weights..
I've read a lot about how you set up workouts and progressions etc, and I want to say I'm following the book this year...all year...ABBH -> and forward.
