Default Starting BBB next week

I have been working on HT1 from NROL and have completed it. I just got CW's book MR and it impressed the hell out of me; therefore I'm going to jump into this next week. The goal is muscle mass and to lose fat so BBB is where I'm starting. Couple of questions, The gym I hang out does not have a Ab wheel handy, should I just buy one (I'm guessing they are cheap) or is there something I could substitute for the wheel? Also there standing calf machine at the gym has been broken for months it seems, they keep telling me they are waiting for parts!!! What or how do I substitute for this?? Thanks!

You can use a barbell for rollouts but like you said i'm sure the wheel is cheap. I have a few but i can't remeber the prices.

Standing BB calf raises, donkey calf raises, seated calf raises etc

Buy one. It's inexpensive and invaluable - you can't say that about too many things.
