Hey Chad, you posted to my thread "Q directed towards Chad" and wrote
"You should be taking at least 24g/day of fish oil. Buy Carlson's liquid fish oil and take 2 tablespoons each day (1 AM, 1 PM). You're not even scratching the surface with your current intake"

In your book, it recommends 6g for LBM in my range(100-150)... now you recommend 4 times that?

I think I need it pretty badly for my wrist joints, so I'm going to take that dose. My bro just told me that the stuff is 'rancid' supposedly, and my 2 bottles came today, any way i can take it down easier if it's that bad lol?

Thanks,
Shane

Go with 6g/day first. Since you've been taking so little, that should make a difference.

You can bump it up from there, if you need it.
