Now, my question is this...i have avoided dips for awhile but i did them in ABBH and i felt some discomfort afterwards but not during. Is there a substitute for this? i know it works the tri's and chest some. I'm going to try it one more time and see how it goes.
Everything else in ABBH i completed successfully(except guessing some of the weights lol...)

You should be taking at least 24g/day of fish oil. Buy Carlson's liquid fish oil and take 2 tablespoons each day (1 AM, 1 PM). You're not even scratching the surface with your current intake.
