Default Warmup exercises

Hi chad,

When doing your programs how do you recommend a warmup prior to the first set?

hey I'm not Chad but this is what I do:
Let's say I'm doing BB Bench Press:
1x8x45-warmup
1x4x95-warmup
10x3x135-work sets.

I would do warm-up sets for the first compound lifts in the workout.
