Default Book typo in BBB?

Doing Day 12 of BBB today. Last week (Day 5) showed the rest between sets for the Seated Calf Raise as 30s. Day 12 shows the rest as 55s.

I assume this is a typo and that the rest should be going down. 25 seconds I guess?

Based on his progression chapter, I would assume the recovery period was reduced to 25 seconds.

Good call. I am about 4 days behind you in BBB now.

How are you liking it so far?

This ends my 2nd week. 2 days off, and then the last week coming up. I'm liking it very much and looking forward to ABBH.

Yep, you're right. The progression should go to 25 and 20s.

Damn those little errors! That shit keeps me up at night.

As much as I'd like to transfer the blame to someone else, the fact of the matter is that my job was to write out all the parameters for each workout. So there are three people to blame: me, myself, and I.

I would personally beat the shit out of "I", and leave "me and myself" alone. They really had nothing to do with it!
