Default Order and duration of programs

I just finished reading CW´s book (GREAT GREAT work, I´m filled with enthusiasm about training right now), and I decided to set a program sequence for the next year, according to my goals (increase muscle mass, maybe switching to fat loss en 4-5 months).

This is my question. I had all those programs (CW´s Greatest Hits) as they were published in T-Nation, but the sequence recommended in the book asumes that each program will take about one month to perform.

For example, Anti-Bodybuilding Hypertrophy took originally 47 days (just 23 in the book), Triple Total Training was 42 days (just 19 in the book)... why that difference? I like the idea of a modular system in which every program takes about one month to perform (it will make it never boring), but I want to make sure I´m interpreting it correctly.

So my next 3 months of training would be ABBH, TTT and TBT if I´m looking for an increase of muscle mass.

Thank you very much

Follow MR as prescribed, don't worry about anything else.

gobbla is right (again!)

It's important to note, though, that all programs are at least 3 weeks long. Yes, TTT only has 19 days worth of workouts, but you should always follow the recommended rest days, too. So with TTT, there are two days of rest after day 19 - thus making it a 21 day program.

Interesting that the programs are shorter in duration. I might just have to follow one of the progressions.
