Default Just came off from being sick: continue ABBH or start over?

I caught some stomach bug a few days ago, couldn't eat anything much at all. My total daily calories were about 700 (usually 3400-3600). This also made me miss yesterday's 4th ABBH session.

Should I just restart ABBH tomorrow (assuming I'm feeling fully recovered), or just continue with where I left off?

Just press on. If nothing else it will get you in the habit of progressing through the entire programs before alteration. One missed workout isn't going to make that big a difference in the grande scheme of things.

guess i might not restart till next week as I'm still bloated trying to eat, and still not eating enough calories. Don't really want to train in sub optimal performance

Just continue where you left off.

This is the reason why I typically don't talk much about deloading/detraining: life's little road bumps usually take care of any need for deloading. Between holidays, vacations, sickness, school, work, etc. most people get enough time off each year to not worry about deloading.
