Default Started ABBH today

Was looking for a new routine, found this at t-nation. Did a bunch of reading then decided to give it a go. Wow...didn't totally kick my butt but I can feel it about an hour later.

Nice one, going to order the book today.

nice work! ABBH is an awesome program, and I'm currently doing it right now as well. Nice to hear you ordered the book, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

One thing...I used to swim a lot and want to start again (I need to get my lifeguarding cert). Is it ok to swim on workout days? I have to travel 2 days/wk - meaning on the road at 5am and home at 9pm - which doesn't leave time for the gym (it opens at 5:30, closes at 8pm). I was going to workout in the morning M/W/F then swim in the evenings.

Did that after the first ABBH workout...jeez...I was freaking sluggish in the pool.
