Default Phase I of Monster shoulders on ABBH

I'm adding the Phase I of CW/AC's Phase I of 8 Weeks to Monster Shoulders to ABBH. I'll do them on upper body days.

I'm just wondering if it matters if I did it at the beginning or at the end of the workout? I'm thinking of doing at the end as the exercises prescribed negatively affect my pulling exercises.

I can't help but wonder if it's a good idea to do it at all. If you have shoulder issues you might look at correcting them sure, no argument. In that case you might do phase I directly after your warmup.

If you're just trying to get bigger\stronger...the workout is tough enough as is. I had more shoulder development doing that program than any other without anything added. You're doing a ton of heavy multi-joint movement. Adding more isn't necessary or better.

Phase I is definitely the best part of the program to correct shoulder issues. Do the exercises at the beginning of your workouts.
