Phase I of Monster shoulders on ABBH
I'm adding the Phase I of CW/AC's Phase I of 8 Weeks to Monster Shoulders to ABBH. I'll do them on upper body days.
I'm just wondering if it matters if I did it at the beginning or at the end of the workout? I'm thinking of doing at the end as the exercises prescribed negatively affect my pulling exercises.
