Default quick question about alternating sets.

Now I am going to assume that when it is written as

A1 blah
A2 blah

i am supposed to alternate(superset)?

and when its just

blah
blah blah
blah bleh

I and supposed to do strait sets?

and when it says
A1 blah
A2 bleh
A3 bluh

I am supposed to perform a cuircuit if you will, with them.

Or is it all up to my personal design?

Great book Chad. I am going to be starting from ABBH and doing every program linearly, ending with TSP. I started a log for it if anyone is interested.

If this is in the book somewhere Im sorry, I have had it for like 3 days and I already started ABBH while I finish the reading.

I'm not Chad but i've been following and using his work for over a year.

You are correct, any parameters using the same letter are to be performed using an alternating set pattern much like NROL and that can be any number of excercises before moving onto the next letter.

If a workout prescribes, say, bench press and chin-ups with an A1/A2 format with 60s rest periods, it should look like this: A1, rest 60s, A2, rest 60s, A1, rest 60s, A2, etc.

Anytime you see letters before the exercises it means the exercises are either antagonist pairings or circuits. If you don't see the letter, they're straight sets.

Thank you for the clarification. Oh, btw, ab roll outs after Deads....not cool man. Not cool. Some may find it fun to feel every ab sectioned and in pain when they laugh for days, not I!
