Default 33/33/33

Does a 33/33/33 ratio split meant to mean that carbs are coming entirely from fruits and veg or are other more starchy carbs allowed?

Is there a fitday link or something with a basic plan for following a 33/33/33 ratio?

Forgive my laziness to work it out myself.

The carbs should be in the form of fruits and vegetables, except for pre- post-workout carbs (they should be fast digesting simple carbs in powder form).
