Also my brother is a about 6 foot 2 155 and is always talking about getting started. He just graduated from Northern Colorado with an exercise science degree. So he is knowledgable and now that hes done with school, he'll have more time for working out. I am recommending he start ABBH. Is this the program you would suggest for someone looking to bulk up for the first time?
Love the book Chad, I don't have to fret about which program to do next because I'll be busy with yours for quite some time.

If you're relatively new to training, you can't go wrong with ABBH. But be sure to throw in some external rotation (3x10) or else Cosgrove will burn my effigy!
If you're relatively experienced, you can't go wrong with the Waterbury Method.
If you're advanced, you can't go wrong with Bodybuilding's Next Frontier (not in the book, though).
And if you're an advanced person who wants to build the powerlifts, you can't go wrong with the Total Strength Program (TSP).
