With BBB its 4 days a week should I do HIIT at the end of each session 4 times a week? I will be doing 20 minutes 20 second sprints 40 second rests for the 20 minutes. Is this too much?

Four HIIT sessions is not too much, assuming you're not new to training. Although, I recommend dropping your HIIT duration to 16 minutes. Perform four, 16 minute sessions for one week, then add one minute to each subsequent week until you reach 20 minutes. At that point, focus on building your sprinting intensity.
I suggest you perform HIIT after all of your sessions if your primary goal is fat loss.
