Default Hey everyone!

JP here. Welcome to the new subforum for Chad's new book. I just talked to Chad today and he is stoked about this forum. He's travelling right now so he may not be on for a few days, but he was excited to get on here and talk about the book with his readers, so stay tuned!

Awesome thanks Chad and JP! I enjoy T-Nation but I love this forum format and the quality of people more here at JPs place.

Its just mind boggling that we have direct access to some of the premiere people in physical fitness that come here on a regular basis and answer our questions. I for one really appreciate it.

Very cool!!! Look forward to your input Chad. I'm getting the book for Christmas and can't wait to read it.

absolutely awesome! This is what sets this forum apart from some of the others. The ability to directly ask the experts the questions.

Chad you'll be hearing from me!
