hey, im new to weight lifting.. so i have some questions.
in other posts people say weight gainer isnt good.. so why do you say for us to use it? is this only for people who are underweight? if so, im going to buy it. im 5'11 and weight 135-140.

also, you say a lot of rest is required. well, how many days a week should i work out? im planning on doing 2 days, then 1 day off.. or should i go 3 days and 1 day off?
