haha. i put that together in 1998. i had wasted so much time training like everyone was telling me: 5-6 days a week, 2 hours a day, training the whole muscle. it was a complete waste of time.
then when i started doing my own routines which was just concentrating on using the basic movements with good solid nutrition and getting plenty of rest, i finally grew.
i went from 125lbs 5% bodyfat with 12" arms to 180lbs 10% bodyfat with 15" arms. then i lost the gains.
but i'm coming back strong.
