sounds good. i'll be the first to say if you respond to something, dont change it no matter who says what. i've had ppl tell me they did the exact opposite of what i suggest and they got good gains.
i couldnt be more happier for them. what, was i suppose to take offense and get mad? sorry, but i've got better things to do with my time.
yea, thats one of the things i wish i could go back and change. it should be 45 to 60 minutes. same thing about simple carbs pwo.
