Massive... Thanks for that post! a lot of great info in there! If i may, i'd like to comment on the calorie counting thing. I am an ectomorph. I tried counting calories. I weigh 145 lbs and at one point was eating 4,000 calories a day under the supervision of a nutritionist. No gains!
I had the best luck when i stopped counting calories, and started focusing more on eating many quality foods every couple of hours.
Also, may i suggest that anything over 45 minutes is too long of a workout for a scrawny kid with a high metabolism?
