Misc: if you think I haven't been working out, you'd be wrong. Still zenning in my on playground. Start following a program then that program doesn't suit my day, I do whatever I'm willing to do. All good as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, me too. I'm very process oriented when it comes to working out. I want 'em all to be fun and feel good. A few minutes faster, a few pounds more or less, all seem so remote compared to the work I'm doing at the moment.
