Well, it's been over a month since my last post above, and I still have the pain. I took a few weeks off from lifting, but I was also moving at the time so I was lifting boxes and furniture and not completely resting. For the past few weeks I've been doing NROL Strength 1. I'll finish it in a week and then take a week or two off from lifting, but I'm wondering if I should take more time off to let this heal completely before it becomes some chronic problem. I really hate to stop my lifting program, though.
