I have/had familial hyperlipidemia. As far as I can tell when it is this genetic condition, dietary cholesterol has very little to do with blood cholesterol. Not an expert though. : )

Most people have a predisposition to whether or not dietary cholesterol will effect them more or less. But for the most part, I think it's a very minor contributor in general. Good work
