When I added 2 eggs a day to my diet my cholesterol dropped 70 points. OK, I also added fish oil and I have an otherwise excellent diet--whole foods and very little sugar--but just sayin'.

I have/had familial hyperlipidemia. As far as I can tell when it is this genetic condition, dietary cholesterol has very little to do with blood cholesterol. Not an expert though. : )
