not that any one of these things directly caused high blood cholesterol levels in your dad. I'm just pointing out the fact that there are a lot of things in his diet that could have been targeted by his doctors, but weren't.

I still don't understand why eggs still get a bad rap from doctors. One of the most perfect foods there is.
Totally agree. Definitely sounds like it's from the sugar and possibly sodium contributing much more than eggs.
