He eats a lot of soup (mostly clam chowder/chicken noodle) .. . for a good part of that time, he was eating the eggs twice a day, and then like one Little Debbie snack cake per day.
He drinks water and sweet iced tea. He was having a lot of teeth trouble, so no hard or crunchy foods. Since then, he has had all his top teeth taken out (in prep for dentures) so he is still on soft foods.
His diet is not 'clean', and he does eat too many sweets, but I wouldn't have thought of it as high in cholesterol.
Like I said, I am not
trying to blame the eggs, but the doctors and dietitians all jumped on that the moment we brought them his 'list of regular foods'
