I'm Really Shaky
Hi Everyone,
I just finished my 8th Stage 1 A workout (so 15th workout total) and I am really shaky. I was able to increase my squat weight today from 105 to 115 and my seated row from 90 to 95. I also increased my step-up to 2*30 from 2*25 and I found that the prone jacknife was especially hard because my arms were so weak from holding the heavier weights for step-ups. Now that my workout is done, I can barely hold up my arms to type.
Has anyone else experienced this before? I mean, I have been sore from working out, but this is different. I found it difficult to drive back to work from the gym...
