Very happy with trainer! Woot! I have been reading NROL4W the last few days... and now I
understand the why behind the HIIT that I do. Understanding makes me happy!

And makes me more likely to push through!
I *just* started my training blog, so there isn't much to miss.
I have a move coming up around Thanksgiving, and my goal is to be 200 or less by then. DH moved ahead and I haven't seen him since I started working at the "New and Improved" me... so I am really excited to give him a nice holiday treat! Since he and I have been together I haven't weighed less than 200... so it will be a very nice and new thing.
Where we are going there is a very limited selection of gyms, and they are pretty far away, so I have decided that I am going to combine NROT4W with p90x and other active lifestyle type stuff. Nice parks, outdoor stuff, you know?
Anyhow... bring on the training blog!
