Rack Jerks - 4x20kg, 2x30kg, 1x40kg, 1x42.5kg, 2x47.5kg, 4x50kg, 1x51kg, 1x52.5kg
PP - 3x20kg, 3x30kg, 3x32.5kg, 3x35kg, 2x3x37.5kg, 2x3x38.5kg
Step Ups - 2x5x25# DBs
Since my jerks were the limiting factor in my last meet I plan to take some time really working on technique over the next few weeks. Oh, that 68.5kg FS was a .5kg
PR and I was very close on that 70kg but no dice. Hopefully next week.
